Timothy is a seasoned leader with 18 years of experience in operations, supply chain, quality, diversity and inclusion, program management, and continuous improvement. A proven senior executive at several globally recognized institutions, Timothy now partners with organizations in their pursuit of operational excellence and innovation. His focus is on optimal organizational (people) design, redesigning complex systems, sustainable behaviors, and cultural transformation.
Timothy is an Industrial and Systems Engineering graduate from the of College of Engineering at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, USA. He completed this program as a member of Alpha Pi Mu, the national ISE honor society, and is certified in Waste Management. He holds two Master’s degrees. One in Technology and Project Management, and the second a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland System.
Mr. Burroughs is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, who cemented his Lean journey with General Electric. He is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the National Association for Healthcare Service Executives, the Project Management Institute, a Lifetime member of the Johns Hopkins Black Faculty and Staff Association, the Association for Supply Chain Management, and the Association for Manufacturing Excellence.
